Finance & Accounting SPV

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate all Finance & Accounting activities to operate per company procedures and standards.
• Ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with PSAK.
• Prepare, review, analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management regarding financial planning, cost efficiency, cash‑flow management, and profitability improvement.
• Control and monitor company cash flow and operational funding plans.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable processes, including invoicing and payments.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PPh, monthly & annual tax returns).
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and analyze variances (budget vs actual).
• Develop and implement SOPs for Finance & Accounting.
• Lead, direct, and evaluate performance of the Finance & Accounting team.
• Compile financial reports and recommendations for management to support business decision‑making.

• Minimum S1 in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years as Supervisor or Senior Staff.
• Experience with ERP (Ecount or similar).
• Strong financial analytics and reporting skills.
• Preferred background in FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, or similar industry.
• Understanding of PSAK, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
