You’ll challenge assumptions, enhance financial processes, and drive continuous improvement. With a strong focus on leveraging data, technology, and business acumen, you’ll help shape decisions that deliver measurable impact across the business.

To partner with the Sales and Marketing Management Team in increasing shareholder value by setting and supporting the delivery of ambitious financial and non-financial targets. This role plays a key part in shaping the company strategy, modelling business scenarios, and providing performance insights that enable effective, data-driven decision-making within a robust financial control environment.#Do Something That Matters

• Lead the commercial planning cycle for Sales & Marketing, including the 3-Year Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial guidance and challenge on key commercial decisions, investments, divestments, and partnership agreements.
• Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting with KPIs and commentary to support decision-making.
• Analyze commercial spend and performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Support innovation initiatives through financial evaluation of NPIs, ATL/BTL activities, and direct distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial and business processes, leveraging data and technology.
• Monitor risks and opportunities throughout the year, ensuring they are reflected in business decisions

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience supporting commercial teams with financial insights and strategic analysis.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and extract key insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and performance reporting.
  • High commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in visualizing data and presenting insights in a compelling, business-relevant way.
  • Experience in leveraging technology and data tools to improve financial processes.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional impact.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
