About the role

As the Tax Advisory and Accounting Manager at PT Feige Indonesia Consultant', you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory and accounting services to our diverse client base. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the delivery of excellent services to our clients. Based in Tangerang Banten, this role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and fosters a collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage the team to deliver tax declaration work for client companies, take charge of the monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration of client companies, ensure clients' tax compliance, and formulate and implement reasonable tax‑saving plans.

Assist clients in dealing with tax audits and inspections, maintain good relationships with local tax authorities, and handle disputes and communications.

Be responsible for the overall accounting work of client companies, including voucher verification, accounting calculation and financial statement preparation, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards.

Regularly analyze changes in finance and tax policies, and provide clients with tax risk early warnings and compliance suggestions.

Assist in optimizing clients' financial internal control systems and design accounting management plans that conform to industry characteristics (such as retail, trade, etc.).

Conduct basic communication with clients (focusing on Chinese clients).

Job Requirements

Professional Background:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors.
Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in Chinese as a working language (mandatory).
At least 5 years of experience as a finance and tax supervisor in an enterprise, and familiarity with the tax characteristics of industries such as direct sales, trade and manufacturing.
Profound knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards, and ability to independently complete tax planning and declaration.
Experience in serving enterprises with Chinese backgrounds or experience in cross‑border finance and tax projects.

Working Hours:

9:00–18:00, two days off per week. Overtime may be required during the tax declaration period.
