Responsibilities
- Menyusun rencana harian, mingguan, dan bulanan produksi berdasarkan rencana produksi dari PPIC.
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian teknik/maintenance untuk penanganan gangguan mesin dan perawatan rutin.
- Menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, bahan baku, dan utilitas untuk kelancaran proses produksi.
- Memastikan kesiapan mesin, peralatan, dan area kerja sebelum proses dimulai.
- Mengontrol pencapaian target OEE, efisiensi tenaga kerja, dan utilisasi mesin.
- Memastikan penerapan GMP, HACCP, dan sistem keamanan pangan di area produksi.
- Membina, melatih, dan mengevaluasi kinerja bawahan.
- Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Industri dengan IPK min. 3.00
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai PPIC Supervisor min. 2-3 tahun.
- Familiar dengan sistem ERP/Oracle/SAP.
- Memahami konsep MRP.
- Familiar dengan Ms. Office (terutama Ms. Excel).
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang (Daan Mogot Km. 19).
