FAT Manager – Heavy Equipment – Tangerang (C-127868)

Our client is a Japanese heavy equipment company. We are currently looking for a FAT Manager.

• Oversee and review daily financial transactions and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and control inventory and fixed assets, including stocktaking, reconciliation, and asset depreciation monitoring.
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and receivable monitoring.
• Maintain and manage bank relationships, including financing arrangements, loan administration, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Establish, strengthen, and continuously improve internal control systems and financial SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputable university.
• Business‑level English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Big 10 accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex financial data using Excel and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, basic tax principles, experience in preparing management reports, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience interacting with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or other ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in inventory control, reconciliation, and asset management is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
