Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with corporate strategy and long-term growth objectives.

Partner with senior management to translate strategic initiatives into actionable financial models and business cases.

Analyze business performance, investment proposals, and strategic scenarios to support decision-making at holding and BU level.

Drive financial insights to optimize capital allocation, profitability, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA is a strong advantage.

Minimum 6–8 years of experience in financial planning, corporate strategy, or consulting role.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business evaluation.

Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
