Corporate Finance Specialist

Financial Modeling:
Support the development and maintenance of financial models for business initiatives, including M&A, IPOs, and capital raising activities, under supervision.

Presentation Development:
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, financial summaries, and supporting materials for internal stakeholders and external investors.

M&A Transactions:
Assist in M&A transaction activities, including financial data gathering, due diligence support, valuation analysis, and preparation of transaction materials.

Cash Management:
Assist in cash flow monitoring, liquidity reporting, and preparation of funding and cash flow forecasts.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial data analysis, prepare financial reports, and support scenario analysis to facilitate business decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties to gather information and support corporate finance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or related areas
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
• Experience in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and financial projections
• Good understanding of M&A, fundraising, and other corporate finance transactions
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders and support transaction execution and due diligence processes
