- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years of experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
- Experience in the retail (FMCG/supermarket) industry is a plus
- Proficient in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Must have knowledge of taxation, including PPh and PPN, as well as applicable accounting standards (PSAK)
- Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a collaborative team while effectively solving problems and maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ensure all Accounts Payable (AP) are processed and paid accurately, on time, in accordance with company SOPs and applicable tax regulations
- Ensure all Accounts Receivable (AR) are properly collected and monitor the aging of receivables
- Monitor and oversee cash flow for both branches and the Head Office
- Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating and evaluating team performance and building a solid, collaborative team
- Ensure all vouchers entered into SAP FICO are accurate and properly recorded
