Job Description
- Memonitor dan menganalisis performance Collection Cabang/Resort Corporate, meliputi Delinquency, Roll Rate, Recovery, Collection Effectiveness, dan indikator lainnya.
- Melakukan analisis Pareto untuk mengidentifikasi area prioritas, risiko, dan improvement.
- Memonitor pencapaian target serta realisasi komitmen Cabang/Resort Corporate.
- Menyiapkan report dan materi presentasi untuk kebutuhan Management/Stakeholder.
- Memberikan support dan analisis terkait transaksi operasional Collection, seperti Prepayment, Repossess, dan Restructure.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Cabang, Stakeholder, Data, dan System Team dalam mendukung kebutuhan operasional dan penyelesaian issue.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Matematika, Sistem Informasi, Business Management atau jurusan lain yang terkait.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan OLAP, termasuk Lookup, Pivot, dan Data Visualization.
- Memahami business flow Asset Management Corporate dan product knowledge HETO & Machinery.
- Memahami parameter Collection seperti Delinquency, Collection Effectiveness, Recovery, dan lainnya.
- Memahami proses Prepayment, Repossess, dan Restructure.
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait sektor Pertambangan, Konstruksi, dan Manufaktur.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
