Finance Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker

Supervise and coordinate daily Finance & Accounting operations.

Monitor and review financial transactions and financial reports.

Ensure Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow, payment, and reconciliation processes are accurate and completed on time.

Review and control financial reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with the Finance team in Indonesia and the Finance/Management team in China using Mandarin.

Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting.

Monitor monthly closing processes and ensure financial data is prepared accurately and within deadlines.

Ensure all financial documents and transactions are properly maintained and in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with other departments regarding financial needs and issues.

Fluent in Mandarin is mandatory, both spoken and written.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1–2 years of experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader position

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.

Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance, AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliation, and financial reporting
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under deadlines, and possess strong leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
; experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills with Chinese Management/Finance Teams
.

Willing to work full-time and be assigned based on business needs.

Previous experience working in a Chinese/China-based company or a company with Chinese management.

Previous experience using Mandarin in a professional working environment
.

Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is a plus.

Experience with
ERP/Accounting Systems is a plus.
