Bank Sub Branch Manager - Banten

Oversee all daily operations of the sub-branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to banking standards and procedures

Drive business development and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition and retention programmes

Manage and supervise the sub-branch staff team, including recruitment, training, performance management and development

Ensure strict compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, and internal policies and procedures

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and cash management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Monitor loan portfolio performance and support credit management activities within the sub-branch

Implement and monitor quality assurance standards and internal controls

Prepare regular financial reports and performance analysis for senior management

Represent the bank in community engagement and local business development activities

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail banking operations, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in retail banking

Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and retail customer segments

In-depth understanding of Bank Indonesia regulations, AML compliance, and banking risk management

Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Strong analytical and financial management capabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English

Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Banten region
