- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client diagnostics within the financial services sector.
- Develop strategic recommendations for areas such as digital banking, fintech integration, risk management, and customer experience enhancement.
- Support senior consultants in project management, client communication, and deliverable creation.
- Build financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support strategic planning.
- Facilitate client workshops and contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in financial services.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role within the financial services industry (banking, insurance, asset management).
- Strong understanding of financial services products, markets, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
