In this unique role, you will create, organize, and label data that reflects real-world eligibility interviewing scenarios, helping develop and refine intelligent systems for the government programs sector.

• Act as a subject matter expert on eligibility interviewing for government assistance programs.
• Develop, review, and annotate realistic data sets to be used for AI training purposes.
• Design workflows, question sets, and example case studies to represent the complexities of eligibility interviews.
• Label and organize documentation related to eligibility determination, client communication, and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AI and data teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of training materials.
• Identify edge cases and nuances in eligibility interviews to enrich AI data diversity.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all tasks and deliverables.

• Hands‑on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or similar role within government programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive, and structured documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing and categorizing complex sets of information.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and use of digital productivity tools.
• Commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and passion for process improvement.

• Prior involvement in AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
