PERMIT & GOVERNMENT RELATIONOFFICER (CODE: PGRO)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with government bodies and stakeholders by fosteringeffective communication, monitoring policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable permits and regulations.
• Coordinate corporate administration and documentation, including handlingpermit applications, submitting documents to government agencies, managing internal approval processes, drafting cooperation or sponsorship agreements,and overseeing corporate correspondence.
• Oversee financial reporting and activity administration by preparing and monitoring financial reports related to company operations and stakeholdercollaborations.
• Support corporate communications by creating content and designmaterials, as well as drafting news, publications, and communication materials to support the company's activities and image.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or International Relations, with a minimumGPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Government Relations or a related industry; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the same industry is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
