• Bridge the gap between IT and business users using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Engage with business leaders and users to understand requirements.
• Support quality assurance processes by ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Requirement gathering, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Documentation & Modeling – Skilled in preparing documentation such as BRD, FSD/FRD, UML, Flowcharts.
• Stakeholder Communication – Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, QA, UI/UX).
• Tools & Technology – Familiar with tools such as Jira, Trello, API Postman.
• Agile/Scrum Understanding – Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience 3-5 years in a similar role (IT business analyst, Product owner, project management).
