IT Business Analyst

Business analyst are responsible for bridging thegap between IT and the business users using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirement and deliver data driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders

Business analyst engage with business leaders and users to understand Business analyst should support quality assurance processes by ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.

Work closely with Client/Business users to define detailed requirements.

Gathering requirement for new business needed that needed third parties system

Work closely with partners to support development neede by business needed

Request design mockups based on requirement from business users/client needed

Explain requirement from business users with detailed requirement (users stories), get any feedback from development team. to get the effort estimation and timeline

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

minimum 3++ years of experience in related field

Analytical thinking and problem solving skill

Familiar with software development life cyrcle (Agile methodologies)

Software Requirement Gathering

track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Communication skill (English speaking and writing intermediate)

Understanding of networks, databases, and other technology

detailed documentation such as business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
