As a Word Press Live Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners grow by providing expert guidance and hands‑on support for building, customizing, and managing their Word Press websites. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, offering personalized consultations on everything from plugin and theme setup to design improvements, performance optimization, and marketing strategy.
With live inbound calls as your primary point of contact, you’ll combine technical problem‑solving, creativity, and exceptional customer service to deliver a world‑class experience. Through our comprehensive training and continuous development programs, you’ll evolve into a true Word Press expert—making a real impact, one website at a time.
- Be the frontline of WP Live’s support team, handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional Word Press assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in mastering Word Press—installing and configuring plugins and themes, making design adjustments, and improving overall site functionality.
- Consult with customers about their goals and challenges, providing tailored recommendations and creative solutions to enhance their site’s design, performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Empower small businesses to succeed online, helping customers gain the knowledge and confidence to manage their own websites with ease.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed- Customer Focused: 1–2 years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Tech Enthusiast:
Excitement about learning Word Press and other web‑related tools and technologies. - Strong Communicator:
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way anyone can understand. - People Oriented:
Comfortable engaging with a variety of customers—from small business owners to experienced developers—adapting your approach to meet their needs. - Web‑Savvy (a plus):
Experience with Word Press, website design, social media, hosting, or small business environments using Word Press is a strong advantage. - Bonus Points:
Experience with website hosting platforms, Word Press, plugins and themes, or page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery.
