IT Helpdesk
- Delivers reliable IT helpdesk support, overseeing equipment and digital subscriptions to maintain efficient and uninterrupted production operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of IT experience in systems, hardware, and software management, including technical troubleshooting and support.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, networks, and system configuration.
- Manage the ticketing system, ensuring an efficient workflow that supports the management of technical gear across inventory, maintenance, and deployment.
- Strong data management, including backups, file organization, and digital subscriptions.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
