IT Infrastructure - GPay

The IT Infrastructure role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure environment across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role involves infrastructure deployment, system configuration, application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and change management to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations. The role also collaborates closely with business and development teams to support infrastructure solutions and integration, while ensuring compliance, proper documentation, incident handling, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure services.

Implement and enhance infrastructure development methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

Hands on to Install, configure and maintenance operating system based on application requirement

Perform assessment and review of application architecture and install and configure the required software/service required for the application.

Perform deployment for changes in production environment, and perform post-deployment monitoring

Work with other department (Business / Developers) related on IT Infrastructure solution / integration

Define, monitor and documenting change management and rollback process for each application and infrastructure component.

Maintain and administer change log and history and release notes for each application / infrastructure deployment

Ensure compliance to regulatory standards in development and deployment process

Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure

Asist on troubleshooting issue and incident response

Provide technical documentation related to IT Infrastructure and sharing knowledge material

Provide routine and on demand report related IT Infrastructure Environment

3-5 years of experiences in related field

Knowledge of infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Understanding of security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.

Experience in system administration of various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX.

Knowledge of server management, configuration, and monitoring tools.

Proficiency in managing user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Proxmox

Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.

Understanding of infrastructure provisioning, orchestration, and automation using virtualization and containerization technologies.

Proficiency in scripting languages like Power Shell, Python, or Bash for infrastructure automation.

Familiar with public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
