Specialist AI Data Governance

Job Description

• Establish and enforce data policy frameworks and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.
• Ensure each business unit has access to valid, reliable, and trusted data.
• Define and maintain clear data ownership across all data domains.
• Monitor and improve data quality and governance practices continuously.
• Mitigate legal and compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable data protection regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience in Data Governance, IT Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management, with specific experience in AI/ML/Gen AI projects.
• Strong understanding of relationship between business process, architecture, control, risk , compliance and data technology.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with various business stakeholders
• Familiar with modern enterprise data platforms and governance tools.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
