Key Responsibilities
- Lead data engineering team for regulatory systems
- Design and manage data pipelines for regulatory reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate data sourcing, transformation, and aggregation from core banking systems
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple banking systems.
- Manage data warehouse or regulatory data mart used for reporting.
- ETL tools:
Informatica, Data Stage, Talend, Airflow - Databases:
Oracle, SQL Server, Big Data platforms - Experience supporting regulatory reporting systems and Knowledge in LBUT, SLIK, RWA, PSAK, Etc
- 5+ years experience in data engineering or data platform roles prefer financial services or banking
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
