Quality Assurance Automation

INTIKOM is Hiring for Quality Assurance Automation Scope Of Work

• Develop and define test plans, test scenarios, and automation testing strategies
• Ensure alignment between testing scope and business & technical requirements
• Design and develop Test cases & Test scripts (manual & automated)
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Katalon Studio (for Web, Mobile, and API testing)
• Execute automation regression testing to ensure system stability
• Support execution of Smoke testing, Regression testing & Compatibility testing
• Ensure clear communication of testing progress, risks, and findings
• Identify issues and perform root cause analysis when failures occur
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure automated testing runs efficiently within deployment workflows

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as QA Automation (Senior) Or Minimum 5 years of experience as QA Automation Expert / Lead
• Hands‑on experience in automation testing using Katalon, Selenium & Appium
• Proficiency in one or more of the following Java, JavaScript Or Python
• Familiar with Jira, Test Rail / ALM / qTest
• Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins & Git Lab CI
• Database Knowledge using SQL / No

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience in banking or mobile banking industry
• Understanding of digital banking processes and workflows
• ISTQB Certification is a plus
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying issues effectively
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication skills
