Sr Officer-RAN Operations Non-Java

Job Description

To manage and supervise tasks and functions delivered by MSP on :

• Network Monitoring:
  Monitor alarms, resolve faults, and escalate critical issues using OSS platforms.
• Configuration Management:
  Manage RAN configurations and apply software updates.
• Routine Maintenance:
  Conduct health checks, and ensure configuration as defined.
• Integration Support:
  Assist with special cases integrations and verify performance.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Multi-Vendor Operations:
  Operate and maintain multi-vendor equipment, ensuring interoperability.
• Operational Procedures:
  Adhere to SOPs, maintain logs, and ensure compliance.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with field teams, NOC, and vendor support for smooth operations.
• To ensure deliverables are on schedule, within expected SLA, aligned with overall company objectives to deliver marvellous customer experience across the Indosat networks

• Network Management Systems (NMS) and Alarm Monitoring Tools
• Vendor-Specific NMS Platforms:
  Huawei iManager U2000, Nokia Net Act
• Alarm Management:
  Familiarity with real-time alarm monitoring, fault detection, and event correlation within NMS tools.
• Data Processing, Analysis Tools and Presentation
• Excel and Spreadsheets:
  Advanced Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Data Visualization:
  Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python for visualizing network data trends.
• Scripting for Automation:
  Python, Bash, or Perl for automating repetitive tasks and data processing.
• Database Tools:
  Basic SQL for querying and managing network-related databases.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting Tools
• Presentation : MS Powerpoint

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering or related
• 7 – 10 years’ experience in the network operation or optimisation/ performance. Managed a team of 5-10 members, overseeing operations, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational goals
