Acceptance Lead — Project Quality & Stakeholder Success

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the project acceptance results.
• Establish an acceptance team.
• Organize the customer, project team, and third party to establish the project acceptance criteria, acceptance process, and KPIs.
• Organize the output of the acceptance document template, the output of the acceptance plan and implementation solution, and organize the review and approval.
• Organize acceptance implementation and process monitoring, output acceptance progress reports, summarize and review reports, and optimize the acceptance process.
• Collects, handles, and escalates quality problems during the acceptance process, and outputs improvement suggestions and appraisal suggestions.
• Works with executive project manager to improve customer relationship.
