- Handle customer support tickets responsively and professionally
- Troubleshoot technical issues via chat, email, or in-person meetings
- Build relationships and engage with merchants
- Conduct on-site warehouse visits to troubleshoot issues in the field
- Collaborate with technical, product, and warehouse operations teams
- Document findings and share learnings with the team
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills - comfortable interacting with merchants, able to explain technical concepts simply, and build rapport
- Flexible & field-ready - willing to visit warehouses on-site, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Quick learner & problem-solver - fast to pick up new systems, proactive in troubleshooting, not easily stuck on issues
- Detail-oriented - meticulous documentation and careful ticket handling
- E-commerce experience
- Warehouse/fulfillment knowledge
- Familiarity with customer support tools or helpdesk systems
