Bertanggung jawab melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, commissioning, troubleshooting, serta pemeliharaan sistem keamanan, jaringan, dan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mendukung kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, commissioning, dan troubleshooting perangkat.
- Memelihara sistem keamanan dan jaringan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pelanggan dalam proses implementasi dan layanan teknis.
- Menangani permasalahan teknis terkait sistem dan perangkat.
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Technical Support, Field Engineer, atau posisi sejenis.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Mekatronika, atau jurusan terkait.
- Menguasai instalasi, konfigurasi, commissioning, dan troubleshooting perangkat.
- Memahami dasar Networking (TCP/IP), IoT, dan sistem keamanan.
