E-Commerce Channel Business Analytic Leader

What you’ll be doing day to day:
Lead business navigation by translating data into actionable insights across the sales tree (traffic, conversion, basket size, and cost) to support commercial decision-making and sustainable growth of e-Commerce channels
Own and manage all e-Commerce data & reporting from Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, advertising platforms & commercial reports. Develop & continuously improve operational dashboards to monitor key business indicators including traffic performance, conversion funnel, customer segmentation, membership, product range productivity & sales patterns
Analyze channel characteristics & performance to identify which products, ranges & solutions perform best in each platform, enabling optimized assortment strategy and stronger channel profitability
Monitor & analyze digital advertising performance across channels, ensuring efficient traffic acquisition and continuous optimization of marketing ROI. Lead product performance and pricing analysis, including price elasticity evaluation to understand the relationship between price, demand, and margin in order to support commercial and pricing strategies
Provide regular business insights & strategic recommendations to stakeholders by identifying business trends, opportunities and gaps across e-Commerce operations. Support e-Commerce P&L navigation by validating cost allocation structures and ensuring financial reporting accurately reflects the commercial performance of the business
Build & develop a high-performing analytics team by coaching business analysts, fostering good environment and role modeling IKEA values to strengthen data-driven culture within the organization
Responsible for budget control and forecast routine by working with commercial and operation team. Providing business insight and steer business growth
We want you to be a person who has:
Interest in people s everyday life at home and in home-furnishing. Min. 5 years’ experience in traffic or media analysis related function & proven results in supporting digital business and min. 8 years of progressive and diverse working experience in analytics
Strong understanding of Omnichannel (O2O) retail
, digital commerce ecosystem
, including how digital platforms, technology & customer behavior influence IKEA’s e-Commerce and omnichannel business
Good knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards & advertising platforms) to track and monitor online performance
Strong capability in data analysis
, data visualization to translate complex data into clear business insights
Knowledge of forecasting methods and trend analysis to support business planning and identify future growth opportunities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia) with the ability to present data insights clearly and support business decision-making
Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and considered decision-maker
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and critical thinking
