About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Product Designer to join our team at PT Lampbond Indonesia in Benda Banten. This is a full-time work opportunity that will provide you with hands-on experience in product management and development within a dynamic and innovative company. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Assist in the development and refinement of new product ideas and concepts

Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype new product features

Participate in the testing and evaluation of product prototypes

Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and launch plans

Identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements

Support the implementation of product updates and changes

Having a degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Familiarity with product development methodologies and design principles

A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional products

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
