Digital Corporate Solution Specialist

Data Management & Analytics: Gather, process, and analyze complex performance data across digital products, corporate services, and transactional platforms.

BI Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards and tracking systems to monitor corporate KPIs for management and business units.

Growth & Campaign Tracking: Analyze user acquisition, digital activation, transactional utilization, and marketing campaign performance to identify growth trends and leakages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Corporate Business Units, Product Owners, and the IT Engineering team to facilitate data fulfillment, system validation, and report automation.

Strategic Insights: Deliver comprehensive data-backed insights and recommendations to support agile business decisions and enhance digital ecosystem performance.

Data Governance: Monitor and audit data quality continuously to guarantee the absolute accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all management reports.

Requirements :

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, or Digital Performance Evaluation
.

Industry Background: Prior experience working within the banking, financial services, fintech, or fast-paced digital ecosystem sectors is highly preferred.

Technical

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, data extraction, and optimization).

Expert level in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).

Hands-on experience building production-grade dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Solid understanding of digital performance framework metrics (e.g., MAU, DAU, conversion funnels, retention rates, CAC).

Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, structural problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to present data findings clear to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Style: High level of self-reliance, capability to manage independent workflows, and a highly collaborative team-player mindset.
