# IT Ops & Process Improvement Executive## SIRCLO

* Monitor daily system operations and proactively raise any issues that arise.
* Support issue handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with Tech or Ops.
* Conduct field visits and deliver user training (including out-of-town training).
* Assist in implementing new features, processes, or workflows.
* Prepare and update SOPs and supporting documentation.
* Perform data checks and light RCA for recurring issues.### Kualifikasi
* Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in IT support or warehouse operations.
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot).
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Strong operational understanding and willingness to learn systems quickly.
* Good communication skills and the ability to conduct training.
* Able to work onsite and adapt to dynamic warehouse environments.
