Responsibilities

• Translate written company documents from Japanese to English or Indonesian, and vice versa, with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
• Interpret spoken communication between Japanese and English or Indonesian speakers during meetings, conferences, and related business activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of translation and interpretation outputs
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry- and product-specific terminology to support precise translations

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fluent in spoken Japanese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have JLPT N1 certification is must.
• Fluent in English communication, supported by a TOEFL/IELTS
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a translator or interpreter in a professional setting (preferred), Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to accurately convey meaning in translations
• Detail-oriented, well‑organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Passionate, self‑driven, innovative, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interest in developing a long‑term career in the retail industry
