Supply Planner Staff.

Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory control, or related roles (FMCG/beauty industry is a plus)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with planning or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other systems are a plus)
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and forecasting principles
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

• Supply Planning & Forecast Alignment: Develop and maintain supply plans based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets to ensure product availability
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory movement, and optimize inventory to avoid overstock and stock-out situations
• Production & Procurement Coordination: Work closely with Production and Purchasing teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are aligned with the supply plan
• Demand & Supply Analysis: Analyze demand trends, historical data, and forecast accuracy to support effective planning decisions
• Performance Monitoring: Track key supply chain KPIs as inventory turnover, service level, and forecast accuracy; provide regular reports and insights
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align supply plans with business needs and promotional activities
