- Terbuka untuk lulusan baru ((Fresh Graduate) memiliki pengalaman magang di PPIC merupakan nilai tambah
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang sistem produksi, perencanaan, dan inventory control.
- Memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam komunikasi, analitis, interpersonal dan berorientasi pada detail
- Mampu menganalisis data dengan baik dan memiliki kemampuan forecasting yang kuat.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik untuk bekerja dengan berbagai departemen.
