Supply Chain Policy & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices aligned with regulatory standards.
• Lead root cause analysis, process improvement, and issue resolution initiatives across end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and warehouse process optimization.
• Build and standardize supply chain frameworks, competency models, and operational guidelines.
• Drive implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, and ERP/SCM systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop training programs, learning materials, and capability-building initiatives for supply chain teams.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, business units, and learning institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or complex operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experienced in project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, APICS, ERP/SCM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training facilitation skills.
• Willing to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
