Procurement & Import Manager; Mandarin Speaker

As a Procurement & Import Manager (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Duta Abadi Primantara, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and import activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant supply chain operations. This role is based in Tangerang, Banten
.

• Handle end-to-end procurement and import processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and shipment coordination
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of imported goods and materials
• Manage and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices
• Coordinate import activities including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with regulations
• Maintain good relationships with international suppliers and logistics partners
• Monitor market trends and identify sourcing opportunities for better efficiency and cost savings
• Work closely with internal teams (production, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all import processes comply with applicable regulations and HS Code requirements
• Lead and develop the procurement and import team to improve performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or import (manufacturing or logistics industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of import processes end-to-end (shipping, customs, documentation, etc.)
• Experience in supplier sourcing and negotiation for imported goods
• Familiar with HS Code and import regulations
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
