Responsibilities
- Carry out export & import activities in accordance with regulations.
- Communicate with forwarders/shippers regarding shipping documents for the clearance process.
- Coordinate with Customs on PIB (Import Declaration) payment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing/trade officer regarding goods arrival.
- Coordinate with Customs if container arrival encounters issues.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – All Majors
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Impex Officer or Impex Admin
- Good communication skills, able to work in a team, analytical thinking.
