Logistics and Admin Officer

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Support & Admin professional to support our logistics and administrative operations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of import and export processes, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and support import and export shipments from end to end

Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export and shipping documentation

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, suppliers, and customers

Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and cargo status

Follow up on customs clearance and ensure required documentation is completed on time

Prepare and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other logistics-related paperwork

Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding dispatch, delivery, and documentation

Assist in resolving shipment delays, documentation issues, and other logistics-related matters

Maintain accurate logistics records, databases, and filing systems

About you

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Good knowledge of import and export processes

Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures

Knowledge of logistics coordination
