This role involves managing the administration of import processes for goods from China to Indonesia, coordinating shipment and container arrival procedures, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and documentation throughout the import cycle.
Key responsibilities
Manage administrative processes for importing goods from China to Indonesia
Coordinate shipment and container arrival processes from China to Indonesia
Prepare and verify import documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and supporting documents
Coordinate with forwarders, PPJK, shipping lines, and related parties in the import process
Assist with customs clearance processes, including document verification and PIB status checks
Monitor customs clearance procedures until goods are released from the port
Track ship arrival schedules, container unloading, and goods delivery to warehouse
Follow up on any issues arising during customs clearance or delivery
Ensure all import documents are stored neatly and completely
Prepare reports on container status, imports, and goods shipment
About you
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs, or a related field
Experience in import, logistics, customs, or freight forwarding
Understanding of goods import processes from China to Indonesia
Knowledge of customs documents and Bea Cukai/PIB processes
Ability to coordinate with forwarders, PPJK, shipping lines, and warehouse
Meticulous in document and data verification
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to follow up effectively and work to deadlines
Experience handling import containers from China is preferred
