Supervise daily maintenance and operation of plumbing, water distribution, drainage, sanitation, and IPAL/WWTP systems. Monitor water tanks, pumps, pipelines, water heaters, septic tanks, grease traps, and related equipment. Monitor medical gas pressure and leakage according to hospital safety standards.
Key responsibilities- Supervise daily maintenance and operation of plumbing, water distribution, drainage, sanitation, and IPAL/WWTP systems
- Monitor water tanks, pumps, pipelines, water heaters, septic tanks, grease traps, and related equipment
- Monitor medical gas pressure and leakage according to hospital safety standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and troubleshooting
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors when required
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with SOP, K3, and safety standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building or hospital maintenance
- Experience in Plumbing, Sanitation, MEP, or Facility Maintenance
- Good understanding of water distribution, drainage, pumps, IPAL/WWTP, and water heaters
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Hospital maintenance experience and knowledge of medical gas systems are highly preferred
