Quality Management Engineer - Printing (Flexographic)

Responsible for the normal production in the printing section, driving improvements in printing press efficiency, personnel skill development, and cost reduction activities.

• Ensure smooth daily production operations of the printing team, improve production efficiency, and maintain required quality standards to achieve production targets
• Monitor and follow up on daily production issues, and drive continuous improvement actions
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to on-site printing operators
• Review and analyze the previous month’s production efficiency and develop action plans to address any deviations or issues
• Continuous improvement activities related to efficiency enhancement within the printing team
• Maintenance and management of printing-related consumables, such as anilox rollers, doctor chambers, etc
• Develop skills and provide training for on-site printing operators to improve performance and competency

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Technology, Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in flexographic printing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management
• Strong data analysis and data processing skills
• Experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is preferred
• Proficient in English and able to use it as a working language
• Willing to be placed in Cikande (Serang area)
