The Operator Production position at our Tangerang plant is critical for ensuring smooth production operations. You will interact with advanced machinery, follow established SOPs, and help maintain high product quality and production targets.

• Operate and troubleshoot production machinery, including dough mixers, noodle cutters, frying units, and packing lines.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product weight, shape, and packaging meet standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, including wearing personal protective equipment.
• Fill out simple production reports at the end of each shift.

• Minimum education:
  
  High school or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
• Ages 18–25, ideal for fresh graduates.
• Physically and mentally fit to work in a dynamic production environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of SOPs and willingness to follow them.
• Experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prefer candidates residing in Tangerang or the surrounding area.
