Responsibilities
- Pre‑Production Oversight:
Ensure design samples are feasible for mass production without compromising quality (feasible for bulk production). - Production Planning:
Develop technical Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and machine workflow standards for production lines. - Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical issues during production to minimize reject rates. - Cost & Time Efficiency:
Conduct Standard Minute Value (SMV) analysis to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs. - Quality Control Standards:
Align factory technical standards with international buyer requirements regarding stitching, patterns, and material durability. - Team Leadership:
Supervise mechanics, machine technicians, and pattern makers to ensure optimal machine performance and pattern accuracy.
