Non - Licensed Mechanic / Mechanic Helpers

Assist mechanics and technicians in carrying out maintenance and workshop activities.

Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for assigned tasks.

Perform basic mechanical, cleaning, sanding, masking, assembly, or support activities under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Follow company policies, work instructions, and occupational health and safety requirements.

Participate in training and development programs to improve technical competencies.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, equipment, workshop practices, electrical systems, automotive systems, or aircraft maintenance concepts is an advantage.

Able to read and understand basic technical documents and work instructions.

Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Willing to work in a workshop or hangar environment.

Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment.

Demonstrate good discipline, safety awareness, and work ethics.

Willing to be assigned to different departments based on operational requirements.
