Material Planning Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Planning or PPIC within the Food/FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, material replenishment, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in RM & PM planning within an FMCG manufacturing environment with a high number of product variants.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of S&OP, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Plan RM & PM to ensure material availability for production.
• Manage MRP, material replenishment, and inventory planning.
• Optimize RM & PM inventory by minimizing shortages, excess, and obsolete stock.
• Maintain the accuracy of BOM, material master, and planning parameters in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure material availability.
• Support the S&OP process through material planning and inventory analysis.
• Lead and develop the Material Planning team while driving continuous improvement
