Pattern Maker

Role Description This full-time, on-site Pattern Maker role is based in Tangerang and focuses on supporting Delamibrands’ diverse fashion portfolio. The Pattern Maker is responsible for creating, developing, and adjusting patterns for various styles and fabrics to ensure accurate fit, construction, and manufacturability. Daily tasks include interpreting design sketches, drafting and grading patterns, preparing samples, collaborating closely with designers and sample rooms, and refining patterns based on fitting sessions and production feedback.

The role also involves using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, maintaining pattern libraries, and ensuring patterns meet brand standards, quality requirements, and production timelines. The Pattern Maker contributes to continuous improvement in fit, comfort, and efficiency throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/High school in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel or fashion retail industry prefer ladies product.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric behavior, and fit.
• Proficient in manual pattern making and CAD software (such as Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, Tukatech, or similar).
• Experienced in grading and marker making.
• Strong knowledge of size specifications and garment measurements.
