PT STAR COSMOS membutuhkan Supervisor Produksi untuk membina tim produksi di wilayah Tangerang. Tugas utama meliputi menjaga alur produksi, mengoptimalkan line balancing, memantau cycle time, serta memastikan target produksi tercapai.
Kandidat harus memiliki minimal D3/S1 di teknik atau manajemen, pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi terkait, memimpin setidaknya 20 orang, serta siap bekerja shift & Sabtu setengah hari. Peran mencakup pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dan koordinasi dengan HRD.
