We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at PT Indo Taichen Textile Industry in Tangerang, Banten. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in the Marketing department. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organitation.

• Approach brands to secure fabric development projects
• Work with brands on fabric development projects
• Communicate brand expectations clearly to the internal team and guide the development process until completion
• Analyze market trends and share ideas for new fabric innovations
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management
• Participate in exhibitions, visits and events to present fabrics and build relationships with the brands

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or Textile Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in fabric marketing or solid knowledge of circular knit fabric processes
• Fluent in English with strong marketing and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in presentation and storytelling
• Able to analyze data and prepare reports to support decisions
• Willing to travel for partner meetings and events
• Disciplined, responsible, and hardworking
• Based in Tangerang
