This role is responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods and material monitoring.
Key responsibilities- Collect and maintain forecast from sales team
- Lead the demand forecasting meeting with sales and marketing on monthly basis
- Monitor forecast accuracy and analyse short and long term trends
- Communicate with vendor (manufacture) for production planning
- Communicate with shipping team for supply planning, including arrange a weekly meeting
- Manage order by creating and monitor purchase order to supplier
- Maintain stock projection to ensure the health of stock cover days
- Monitor all material (RM & PM) to avoid write off risk
- Lead the delivery plan meeting with internal team of SCM
- Perform other ad-hoc jobs/assignment requested by the superior or department head
- Bachelor's degree in economic and industrial engineering
- Minimum 5 years as demand and supply planner
- Microsoft Office
