Lowongan pekerjaan ini dipublikasikan melalui akun PT United Tractors Tbk. Kandidat terpilih akan menjadi karyawan dan memiliki perjanjian kerja dengan PT Stargate Mineral Asia.
- Menganalisis process data, operating parameters, hasil produksi atau kualitas, material balance, bottleneck, serta masalah process stability.
- Mendukung process optimization, peningkatan recovery/yield, efisiensi energi/reagent/resource, serta production reporting.
- Berpartisipasi dalam trials, troubleshooting, RCA, corrective action tracking, serta pembaruan SOP/process control.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim PPC, Operations, Laboratory, Maintenance, dan HSE untuk mendukung data-driven decision dan improvement projects.
- Menyusun technical reports, dashboard, trend analysis, serta rekomendasi untuk Management.
- Minimal Sarjana dari Teknik Metalurgi, Teknik Kimia, Pengolahan Mineral, Process Engineering, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman 3-7 tahun dalam process engineering di industri RKEF/nickel smelter, pengolahan mineral, metalurgi, semen, kimia, atau heavy process industry.
- Memiliki kemampuan yang kuat dalam data analysis, material balancing, process parameter interpretation, dan technical reporting.
- Pemahaman mengenai proses smelter/RKEF, kualitas ore, drying/kiln/furnace interface, data laboratorium, dan production KPI akan menjadi nilai tambah.
