Food Production, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Food R&D, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
Strong understanding of Food Safety Management System, Halal Assurance System, and GMP
Experienced in food powder, liquid, and jelly-based product development
Good understanding and hands-on experience in product stability testing and evaluation
Experienced in New Product Development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and optimize product formulations for new and existing products
Prepare and manage laboratory and production-scale trial schedules
Develop and maintain Food Safety Management System and Halal Assurance System documentation
Prepare and control production-related documents and specifications
Develop and evaluate packaging solutions for production implementation
Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate R&D staff under their responsibility
Prepare monthly R&D activity reports and conduct staff performance evaluations
